Take your eggs and whisk them with milk and cinnamon (see there i go with the cinnamon again lol) dip your bread in to the egg/milk mixture let sit for about 15 seconds so the bread soaks up the mix lay out on a prewarmed griddle about low/medium heat repeat til you get like six slices on your griddle you dont want then browned just til they get a wee bit tanned when done take off griddle and spread butter over each slice both sides like a pancake repeat with other six slices (if you have to whisk up some more egg/milk/cinnamon mixture) when done cut each slice in half diagonally lay out on plates with a slotted spoon spoon your apple glaze over your French toast then syrup sift powdered sugar over the syrup then carmel sauce.
