Take beaten rice and wash and keep aside...Take a mixie jar and grind 1 banana with sugar milk and horlicks if using and pinches of cardmom...mix this well with the beaten rice and keep in fridge to chill....meanwhile cut all the fruits in cube size pieces and mix it with the beaten rice and top it with ice cream and's a nice dish and coolant for body....
  2. Brown aval.

This sweet poha recipe can be made in jiffy as it doesn't require cooking. Poha-Flattened rice (also called beaten rice) is a dehusked rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes. This easily digestible form of raw rice is very Atukulu (Aval) Payasam is prepared with rice flakes aka poha that is roasted in ghee, slowly simmered in a poppy seeds-coconut milk-jaggery base.
